Horrible customer service, they don’t even deserve 1 star

The worst business I’ve ever come through in my entire life! They installed fiber that worked for 3 days only! I logged a complaint Which was escalated and they called after 3 days to say they will get someone to assist me, waited 2 weeks and another person called to say they will get me help. Another 2 weeks passed and I received the same call and promised to be assisted. After about 5 weeks I got a call from the account department to say I owe but I asked how do I owe for something that has never worked? The lady said she will get a technician to call me and I’m still waiting, AGAIN!! These people don’t care, at this point I want to to come take their stupid router
