Great work done by Alyssa Holbeck. After being frustrated by technician Ben who kepy me on hold for 3 days. When I call the help line support. Was assisted with a friendly awesome lady who called me back and assistant me with love. Still asking and apologizing to a long wait of 3 days. She did a great job. A weldone job. Such people with good customer service are really needed. I would like the management to recognize her for great job. She connected me and went as far as sendime ne whataspp so that I can take photos and send so that she can see what is on my side. Was very happy. But management has to deal with such technician like Ben. If you busy you need to tell clients that I won't make it. Actual I'm very excited to ghave Fibre installed I. My house.
