Great service

We are always quick to report bad service, but my experience with linteg fibre has always been great thanks to Refilwe..I'm not sure whats her surname or which department she's in but from day 1 when she had to contact me to make an appointment for installation till date she gives only the best customer service ..when there is a problem with my wifi I know when i give their call center a call other then other companies we can get through to linteg so fast ...getting technicians to assist getting my wifi back online Refilwe is always ready to help ..she was on leave still found the time to assist me ..we need more people like Refilwe working in all companies she looks after the customers well...such service you won't get even in the cellular stores...to Refilwe ....keep it up you are really doing a great job hope your manager and seniors appreciate you and all your hard work..
