Great Customer Service

I was expecting engineers to fix my WiFi today however they did not show up. I called and spoke to Alyssa who immediately contacted them and confirmed that they would be at my place tomorrow. She has also sent a followup message on WhatsApp so that she can keep me updated on their ETA tomorrow. Great Job Alyssa😊
