Fibre connection outage and no communication made

My fibre connection has been off since yesterday. Tried to restart it couple of times and still dont have connection. We working from home we need connection please.

Can Linteg please send us communications when there is an outage in our areas and estimated restoration time. So that we can arrange better as we working from home with no connection. Its bad. Customer service must do something on this.

Calls to log this matter are not going through.
