(Feleurhof) Useless Liteng fibre

I have never seen useless bad service like Linteg Fibre. from 1st ofJanuary 2024 I never had internet in my house. I called them almost every day, they keep on saying your problem has been escalated however no one was coming to my house just to have a look. My account was up to date. On the 5th of february 2024 I got a call, they told me that I have to pay R1800 if I want my internet fixed. I need refund for January because I never use your internet .😥😥😥
