False promises and zero service

Lintech installed fibre into our business premises in Piet Retief 4 weeks ago. After repeated telephone calls and emails, nobody from Lintech has assisted us with a public IP address to link our business into the system. This is beyond shocking service, because the service simply doesn't exist. We have had several phone calls to the helpline and each time a different consultant promises to get back to us with a solution to our problem. We are still waiting. We signed a contract for 200mbps and are currently being supp**** 9mbps. I would definitely not recommend this business to anybody.
