Exceptional Customer Service

Exceptional customer service from Alyssa. I called to enquire why I couldn't connect and she assured me that there's a technician working on fixing the outage. While in the phone the connection was established. She told me that they are still busy fixing so I might be in and off for the next few minutes. I was shocked when she called 15 minutes later to let me know that they are completely done with the repair and told me that I won't be experiencing any off and on connection. 5 stars is just not enough for her, I'd eaten her way more than this.
