Excellent Service

Hi. On the 10th I complained about the lack of service I received after making a payment a few days earlier in January. All I wanted was someone to reconnect me to the internet. I was so blown away that it took only 10 minutes to be assisted, after lodging the complaint. A delightful lady by the name of Babalwa Jaxa came to the rescue & reconnected me to the internet. I just wanted to give her the recognition that she truly deserves for an excellent service she rendered. She is humbled, considerate & professional. Keep up the great work & keep on keeping on!
