Excellent customer service

I had a problem with my WiFi saying "No network" for the past 3 days and I've been calling asking for help but nobody was helping me until I called today and spoke to Nqobile .. she helped me and made sure that my problem was solved and indeed it was solved .. all thanks to Nqobile
