Disgusting, Horrible, Sh*tty Service

Its been over 3 weeks now since i logged a call for my cable to be replaced, their useless team rep**** to my hello peter message and it took them more than 2 days to get back to me. i got a text from your maintenance team asking if i am available today, they have the nerve to tell me that there are no technicians in my area today, i really dont understand how they work, i told them i will be around today last week when they called and they still cant plan a trip this side... this is disgusting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
