Customer Service excellency

I’m writing this review for great customer service I’ve received from one of your resolutions engineer (Providence) I hope I got the name correct this gentleman went over board and even missed his knock off time to go home trying to make sure he gets my issue resolved. he handed over my query to his colleague who phoned me back trying to also resolve the problem but the router was faulty he logged a ticket for a router swap up these two gentleman made me value customer service linteg has improved their customer service.
