Customer service/service delivery is 0%. You will call to speak to their agents no one will answer for more than 60mins you will be waiting until you are out of airtime. My wifi has been out since Tuesday, i have been calling and sending emails, uptill this moment Friday 29th of May, 2026 no one has come to fix my wifi. And am working from home, and all my devices need internet service to function. Am really disappointed with this their new management, fir a full working week with internet service and next week its a new month i will be expected to pay for that month upfront, that's never going to happen.
