Customer service

I receive an excellent customer service from Alyssa, l previously spoke to another consultant which l chose not to mention his name, he promised to help but l did not hear from him. Alyssa went out of her way to ensure that l got a Technician the same day l complained about the system that was down. I was suppose to wait the whole weekend, but she organised everything and l got help in no time. Her work ethic is good, she is committed to her job and she was friendly throughout the service, she called me back when l ran out of airtime during the conversation which most consultants does not do. The Technician was getting lost and she stayed on the line communicating to both of us until he found my place, and she did a follow-up of the service afterward. I was satisfied with her customer service as l was surely impressed with her good attitude.
