Constant network Outtages

We are always experiencing Network Outages In Clayville Ext 26. After every 5 days the Nerwork is always down. The Nerwork sometimes goes off for 3 to 5 hours. I am working from home.Who's going to compensate me the Hours that I loose. They don't even Have any Call centre Agent during Night shift. We are always left stranded. We logged tickets and they take a while to resolve it. The WhatsApp number is not even attended. Even receiving notifications that the network is down. We always receive the sms 1 hour after the network has been down. I am just waiting for the 6 months to finish so I can change and look for another Provider. Lingteg Fiber is worse. The nertwork Qualify to be added on 1000 ways to die.
