Connection always down!

The connection is down every other day! Sometimes multiple times a day. It's down as we speak, it was down yesterday as well. I joined on 19 April and it was down on 23 April for the first time. I checked my records, the trend continued every month since then, except for June. i spend more money on mobile data because I'm working from home, then I still have pay them...it's really not worth it! I think it's time to cut ties because they don't even give a discount for the number of times connection was down, especially during the months where it happened frequently. No value for money, really!
