Can't even get the BASICS right!

We use our fibre for everything. Work, streaming and even calls. During the initial install we received a TP-Link router. The router is however not sufficient for our needs and I installed our Amplifi Mesh HD router in the home. From 1 March to 9 March everything was great using the Amplifi router. Decent speed (not what I paid for, 10% lower, but it WORKED). This has however changed. Every hour, on the hour, my router warns me that there is no IP supp**** to it from Linteg. This means I can't connect to the internet. I have re-installed the TPLink router and have the same issue. I have done the usual switch it off, wait 5 minutes and restart. My network hardware is on a UPS so THAT won't have any impact.

I have been on the phone to Linteg and the support staff have NO idea how and why this happens. Every time I can hear them type away at their keyboards and then, all of a sudden, the problem is fixed. Till the following hour. Promises of call backs aren't kept either. I don't know what is going to happen after 8PM tonight when the support desk closes.

Unfortunately Linteg has a monopoly on the fibre in our area. This causes a "don't care" attitude about service delivery and uptime.
