Be Broadband and Linteg, don’t even bother

Extremely disappointing service. Customer support is virtually non-existent. Logged calls regarding internet issues go unanswered, and there is absolutely no after-hours support — in fact, it feels like there is no service at all.

Emails are either ignored or not properly read, which leads to repeated issues. Despite notifying them well in advance about a bank account change, they still proceeded to debit the old account, showing a complete lack of attention to customer communication.

Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend this provider based on the current level of service.
