Bad/Worse Service

I'm based in Delmore Gardens, the fibre has been off for 6 days now and when I call and explain that they need to compensate this area for being off for this long and we still off but when payments are due, they want the payments. Everyday it is a story that they are working on the line to get it restored. This is very unacceptable.
