Bad service, rude staff

They have bad service, I had a problem with my wifi it was broken outside because of their maintenance people, I logged a ticket that they must come and fix , because the maintenance left wires lying around, guess what they came after a month, and for that month I couldn't pay because I'm not using it and I sent them email immediately, after a month they fixed it and send me invoice to pay monthly and R100 penalty, I did the payment of my statement, after paying no connection, I sent them several emails and called them the staff keep on saying they will call me back, after few days they sent me new invoice that I must pay for previous month that I was not using the fibre, my problem was I couldn't pay for something that is broken and the fault was their mantanance company, I couldn't pay it and I have canceled Contract with them, even now they haven't fetched their devices.
