Bad service and no assistance on my wifi not working

This is the worst fibre. I have reported my wifi not working and no on assisted me . The lady told me no it’s link to another company and they cant help me. And mind you I work from home as well . It’s almost 2 days with no wifi and they dnt even care.i called more then 10 times and sent emails as well and no response on the emails I sent
