Bad service and arrogant company
A very bad experience with Linteg Fiibre my connection was suspended, whereby the company advised me that my September premium was unsuccessful. I have to contact them without any help and forward my bank statement that shows it was deducted successfully and despite the fact that I never ever have my account without funds. I was inconvenienced for 6 days trying to prove my innocence. The attitude is very that they are not apologising for their mistake . I will not recommend anyone to use Linteg as their supplier.

Thank you for reaching out. Please note, Linteg Fibre (Pty) Ltd is the Fibre Network Operator (FNO). A Fibre Network Operator/Owner manages and owns your Fibre optic connectivity infrastructure. An Internet Service Provider (ISP) provides you, the customer, with an internet service to your required devices.
This means an FNO installs and maintains its own Fibre network infrastructure, which is then used by the ISP to give the customer access to internet connectivity solutions.
All payments are made to your ISP, NewCo Fibre. Linteg Fibre does not receive any payments from you nor do we suspend customers on an ISP's behalf. For suspensions and any account related queries, kindly reach out to your ISP's accounts department for assistance
