Bad service/ Always has problems

Honestly I’m even tired of writing reviews but you guys are ****en irritating ..We haven’t had internet access the whole day ..Every other week you guys send that whole stupid sorry for the inconvenience caused message and tell us engineers are working on it ..Why don’t you have permanent solution for the problem ? But when you want your money you make sure to take it ..You guys are ****s ..I want out
