Bad Service

To whom it may concern.

I would like to express my frustration at a blunt bad service that I am enjoying form your company as a client.

I had app**** for internet services knowing that you are the only authorized service provider with fiber internet coverage in the area noted below

5320 Umtholo Street, Birch Acres address On the11/10/2024 an installation took place I was promised activation within 5 days from installation and till today I have no activated internet line. I have done so many telephonic follow ups and I am still not having any activation

This horrible service is wrong anyway one can think of, if there was another service provider in the area I would not be calling or doing any further follow. Please confirm when this internet will be activated, my contact numbers are *** and my ID number is for ease of reference.

I would really appreciate feedback so I can know the way forward
