Bad service

We have a fibre with linteg and the last time it was active was on the 3/04/2023 before load shedding happened. We have called Linteg as well as sending emails and everytime we are promised that a technician will be assisgned and nothing gets done. And the end of the month I will be expected to pay a full ampount of which it is not fair. When you call you are kept on the line for a long time and promised that you will be contacted back and nothing happens. I am so inconvenienced by the lack of service that I am provided from Linteg.
