Bad service

I am not happy with the service from Linteg fibre they show no care for their clients. Their system was down the whole month of November, but we paid the full amount they are refusing to credit us back our money or credit the November payment to December. they chose to fix their system in December, and they deactivated my account because i refuse to pay for something that is not guaranteed to work.
