Bad customer service

I didn't want to write this bad review about Linteg because of the good reviews I've read about the company. Maybe I'm just the unlucky potential customer.

It's been over a month now waiting for the fibre to be installed in my house in Three Rivers (Vereeniging). I contacted Linteg in November and they promised to send the team to my house. We made an appointment, so I took leave from work. That day only one Technician (Johan) came with a router. He thought that the fibre was already installed up to a termination point inside. So, nothing happened...leave day wasted.

I called again and made another appointment for the technicians to splice the fibre cable to the nearest joint. Unfortunately, they didn't have the cable pulling/pushing machine as the joint was a bit far (few meters away)...Nothing happened again, leave day wasted.

Since then I've been calling and receiving empty promises.

I am so disappointed to say the least. 2 leave days wasted for nothing!!!
