Avoid Linteg and Newco

I called into the call center this morning and I'll skip the completes about my call being dropped twice. Got through to Nqobile, she advised account is suspended and she sent me through to Tshepiso. Tshepiso says it's not suspended and there's an issue with the connection at my complex, there's a technician dispatched to assist. I call back because my neighbours have a connection, Nqobile advises of the suspension again but I advise it's not. She then tries to "fix" my connection but fails horribly and says a technician can only be dispatched on Monday. No one explaining why they are seeing conflicting information or how a technician can't be sent when they were "on their way" already. Only my first month with this ISP (if you can call it that) and 5 horrible interactions and unreliable service but you still want R3500 if I cancel...
