I'd like to thank Nqobile Maphumulo for her amazing technical assistance. She was able to fix my wifi problem, which had been bothering me for over a week.

This was affecting my job because I work from home and require regular internet access. So she was able to fix my issue in a matter of hours.

She kept me informed, made sure a technician came out to address my issue, and was prompt in checking on me after the technician departed.

This type of service is becoming increasingly rare in South Africa, and she deserves to be celebrated for her exceptional and meticulous dedication.
