A useless internet provider
A very useless service provider, my line was suspended after I made payment on time and later told it was a mistake from the system, even now I am not connected, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, this company it's a ****, they're forever out of internet, they only know how to collect our hard earned money without providing services. Their agents are rude, they're always clueless and helpless, they hung up my call when I called them for my refund since I did not receive their services.

20 Oct 2023, 15:06Well I did not get the help as you claiming, the manager that's supposed to help has taken me from pillar to post, excuse after an excuse, they even terminated my services when I've paid, this is actually a worse desservice that I've done to myself by buying your product.
