A Disastrous Encounter with Linteg Fibre: Unreliable and Frustrating Service

I wish I could say that dealing with Linteg Fibre has been anything but a nightmare, but unfortunately, my experience speaks volumes to the contrary. It seems like no matter where I turn, Linteg's incompetence follows me like a shadow, casting a dark cloud over what should be a simple and reliable service.

The most recent debacle unfolded when our connection decided to take an unexpected holiday on Tuesday. After contacting Linteg and enduring the agony of their so-called "fix," we found ourselves back in the same sinking ship of disconnection mere hours later. Fast forward over 24 agonizing hours, and we're still adrift without a lifeline, while Linteg nonchalantly informs us that it will take a staggering 72 hours to rectify their own mess.

The timing couldn't be worse. In an era where remote work is not just a luxury but a necessity, Linteg's incompetence has dealt a devastating blow. Forced to scramble for alternatives, we now find ourselves shelling out additional funds at cafes and other makeshift workspaces just to keep our heads above water. And yet, despite our efforts to salvage productivity, Linteg has the audacity to berate us when we're not at home to receive their surprise visits – as if we have the luxury of waiting around for a service that may or may not decide to grace us with its presence.

And let's not even get started on the Herculean task of trying to reach someone at Linteg via phone. It's a futile exercise in frustration as calls mysteriously disconnect, leaving us to wonder if anyone is even on the other end or if we're simply shouting into the void.

In short, my patience with Linteg Fibre has worn thin, threadbare from the countless instances of incompetence and disregard for their customers' time and livelihoods. If there were any semblance of justice in the world, Linteg would be held accountable for the havoc they've wreaked on unsuspecting patrons like myself. Until then, all I can do is warn others to steer clear of this calamitous excuse for a service provider.
