WORST SERVICE EVER We have joined in November with a bussiness package at 50mbps. We have not once received 50mbps. It will go until maybe 17mbps. For the first week. Thereafter when you contact them they say we used our 300gb data limit. But the are advertising UNLIMITED, WITHOUT WORRING ABOUT EXCEEDING YOIR LIMIT...

We phoned and claimed to be a new customer. We asked about a limit, and the operator told us no. We then asked why we have a limit and she just dropped the phone.

She is rude, untending and lying.

They are lying to you when you signup. Promise things and as soon as you sign up the have issues.

We wanted to cancel and got an account of thousends... after their add says month to month ...

What do you do with a place like this? We are fed up. Had to buy their router and all paid R1800 and stil dont have wifi.
