Linkrepublic not giving people what they signed up for

They are promising 10mbps download and upload and we getting around 4download and 2 upload which is not what we signed up for. I raised it with team on whatsapp and nothing was dne. Proceeded to inbox them on facebook and got assistance but still the speed was the same. I just got my contract terminated cause of my honest opinion on their facebook page cause a lot of people are intrested but what they are promising the people is pure lies cause we stuggle to even get half of 10mbps.i stay alone but struggle with internet what more if i was with my family using one router....
