Link-up Fibre/Wireless /Internet

I'm based on Gauteng but had exactly the same experience as the gentleman rom Ballito. Link-up installed the Fibre and we were offline for 4 days, they then sent me my contract and all off a sudden all these extra delivery charges and 12 month contract popped up. When I questioned them I was ignored. I requested that I am entitled to a cool off period and I wanted the agreement to be immediately canceled, again I was ignored. The service is shocking and the Fibre connection is even worse. I was originally 10mbps download and 5mbps upload to which they change it to 2mbps upload without any notification. I requested numerous times for it to be cancelled which I was then told about penalties for early cancelation. The original add states month to month but once you have signed all the conditions come out of the wood. I eventually just stopped paying and I was disconnected. Now they are handing me over, while I am trying to get ICASA involved as there is no transparency in there contract. All the conditions are hidden away and my contract has a signature at the bottom of the page and no initials next to these terms and conditions that were hidden. STAY AWAY FROM LINK-UP.
