No service and refunds not paid
I don't know how this affiliation with big network providers can allow this company to get away with such *****, it failed to provide services for 2 months and made its clients to continue paying for subscription. On the 18/11/2021 a mail was sent to allow users to get refunds using a link and that refunds would take 14 to 20 days, till this day there has not been a refund paid or any mails from the account s department. Please can I get legal assistance with this matter.

16 Jan 2022, 13:36I even sent a mail to the accounts department and ccd the itsupport since their contact number is a defaulted no pick up habit, they have not sent a response. I think it's safe to safe they have **********ly ****med me two months subscription R880 and the link for refund is just a false decoy.
