Zero customer service

Link Africa does not seem to have the capacity to install in New Redruth, let alone respond to customer queries. 26 July site survey. No contact until a mail arrives 29 August stating this is a NEW planning request, LOW priority.

I call them over a week ago and am told installation is in for financial approval. I call again this week and its still in for financial approval.

Don't hold your breath

I appreciate the call but you did say you would get back to me today.

So glad I didn't hold my breath.

Now the installation internal to the complex is complete and was done efficiently by your sub-contractor, only to find the external infrastructure has not been spliced? ***
