WIFI Fibre line IP faulty_no internet access. fault with IP address. 3rd time disconnected in one month. then each time have to wait 3 to 4 days for issue to be resolved. yet expecting full payments every month for a service NOT received

Link Africa is the worst service provider ever!! This is the 3rd time our WIFI fibre is not working. contacting Axxess over a weekend - they might as well not be in business. poorest customer service ever. agent in supports her name is Bev. she does not even belong there. the more i am explaining the issue to her and explaining this happened now 3 times whereby the IP address defaults to an IP that is somebody else's. she provokes me and tells me "let me explain this to you again" very sarcastic. and I lost it with her, and she puts the phone down in my ear. So, I am not allowed to get upset. 3 times and must wait 4 days every time to get the issue resolved. but I pay full amount R1545 pm and I am not getting the service. Now currently Link Africa does not even pick their phones up according to axxess faults department. surely by now you should have notice that this account is an issue. send a tech out to see what is wrong. I have to phone. They don't want to give you a senior person's name or put me through to a senior manager. So how do you get help?? Up to now I still don't have WIFI. but you take my money every month? how do I report Bev? I want a senior manager to take my case. all conversations are getting recorded and listen. Bev the support agent from axxess giggles in the background thinking I can't hear her. and when I lost it and I told her "I am not F@#$ stupid". she drops the phone. I was told the Team leader on Standby does not answer back. and still up to now did not get any call from her. who is re-imbursing my airtime that I must use to phone and be put on hold every time? And I am not allowed to talk to senior Management??? Link Africa and Axess, is this how you do business in S.A.??
