Unreliable to date

After struggling to get connected we had fibre for about a week or so where after another installation was done that caused our line to be disconnected not that the speeds were constant at all. After fighting for another week they finally sent someone out to do a quick repair . A week later my fibre is offline again. Every time I call there aren't any technicians available due to higher priority outages and not enough technicians to resolve problems.

If there was another provider in my area I would have moved over by now.
