Too many complaints on Mweb page wont allow my anymore

Since Hello peter wont allow me to write my 3rd review on the Mweb page i will therefore write on your page. Since you have been brought over by Metrofibre i have yet to have internet. On Thursday the 28th October one of the Metrofibre technical people were working on lines less than 500 meters from my house. Since then i have not had internet Mweb does not seem to want to send someone out to fix the problem. I have found the many people in my are have had the same issues. It has been 2weeks now since the issue started and yet noone has bothered to come and sort out the issues.
