Superb service from Link Africa's top agent Mahomed Khan

I must say I receive the most superb service from one of Link Africas agent Mahomed Khan, according to Vodacom the process for fibre installation takes 21 days but after my application with Vodacom I contacted Mahomed straight away with the Sales Order number, Mahomed was on the ball and within 30 minutes the ticket was given to the installer and the installer contacted me to do the installation the next morning. Vodacom held up the process due to shortage of routers which took us into the covid lockdown period but lockdown or no lockdown Mahomed was on the ball and told me not to stress as business was as usual with Link Africa, I'm an extremely headache customer, i contacted Mahomed for every small thing during the lockdown and to my surprise he never got irritated and always took the time to assist me on the turn. Mahomed also helped my neighbor who signed up for his fibre with Vodacom last year (2019) November and got the installer out the very same day. Heads up to Link Africa for having such wonderful and helpful staff. If anyone needs quick service, Mahomed is the Man to contact.
