No communication and wont drop prices.
No replies from the mailboxes and not picking up when I phone, I have sent them 3 links to drop their fibre prices and nothing happens. Through the my same ISP, other fibre providers will give better up/down speeds for more that R200 less. This is a fibre company that doesn't give a flying **** about the people.

16 Apr 2021, 08:59As per our email correspondence, Openserve's infrastructure was paid for by taxpayers, so they can afford to cut prices. Until March 2021 we were the cheapest Fibre Network Owner. 2021 will be a tough time for Openserve’s competitors! We hear your plea & understand your frustration.
