LinkAfrica service provider that provides zero service

This is one service provider that provides no service. My 40 up 40 down Fibre line was installed last year and haven't had reliable internet since then.

Despite numerous attempts at opening tickets, i'm either ignored or the finger is pointed at the ISP to resolve (Afrihost) on a clearly infrastructure problem. I've repeatably requested for a technician as the installation gentlemen said that they were picking up a surge coming through the line. (They claimed to fix it). The Fibre box then was left open.

I'm unable to even stream basic services without needing to buffer, nor can i have more than 2 devices using the internet without it slowing down to a crawl.

I strongly do not recommend using LinkAfrica for any fibre needs. You will have a more pleasent experience with the now defunct ADSL line or LTE.
