Link Africa who? But claiming exorbitant fees.............

So i accepted a fibre upgrade through Telkom who are just as bad as no one could help me there but basically was told that this would remain with Telkom and would be no extra cost.......................

I then received an invoice to see a third party cost for R2200.00 to find out that it is Link Africa charging me pro rata fees for internet usage which when i had a normal ADSL line is still the samer at a 10MPS line with uncapped at R800.00.....Now my invoice is R2900.00 including Telkoms cost too............

I had not one person ever from Link Africa contact me or explain anything re third party pro rata fees and was always under the impression my contract was with Telkom but i guess not.

Please make sure before getting a fibre upgrade you know exactly who you are using and what total costs will be involved. Extremely dissapointed in Telkom mostly but some company who never bothered to even call me and for whom Telkom can not even give me a number for to be taking R2200 for third party fees is beyond me.
