Link Africa no internet for days!!!!

Since moving from Telkom ADSL to LInkAfrica fibre in November 2019, we have had exceedingly more time-outs, no service for days, interruptions etc. No communication from them, no feedback...

Currently have no internet service with our Link Africa fibre set-up...cannot run our small business...loss of income... We have been duped.

Tried calling them...even worse than waiting in the Telkom queue. Have to terminate the call each time.

Summary...Link Africa is a step-down from Telkom. P A T H E T I C fibre ISP :-(
