Horrible service
its been over a week now that Link Africa is sorting out the fibre connection in my complex - its just 1 story after another - ONT not installed yet- I am not sure how Mweb has contracted link Africa as part of the infrastructure to lay and connect fibre lines. the level of service is horrible - I am sitting with my router yet I am not live as yet - truly a joke
