Bad Service for First Time Customer

Link Africa I am highly disappointed in being a first time customer to be dealing with you to be highly disappointed at the lack of service received. All I require is for someone to give me concrete information in terms of when I will be connected to fibre instead of continuously referring me back to Cell C when I call and Cell C then referring me to you. Is this a strategy so that no one is accountable from both sides?
