Poor service, and bad customer care

Hello Peter. My dad bought a WIFI from a company named LimpoWIFI around October, R2 400 to install the WIFI (excluding monthly installment) the WIFI only worked for a month... my dad tried to contact and report the problem many times but they only came once and never again he is paying his monthly installment in due dates but still it is not working they keep dodging him telling him they will come and end up not coming... the day they came they told him to pay on top of that monthly installment
