Extremely slow connection, unwillingness to assist !!

I'm paying R850 for Wi-Fi that's consistently slow, to the point where streaming is often impossible. Despite my frequent complaints, I either get completely ignored or receive assurances that the issue will be investigated, only to never hear back afterward
