Wrongfully handed over

I am EXTREMELY upset. I had a pay day loan with lime loans which I settled before my debit order date way before (on 15 November 2019) I then received a sms or email informing me of my debit order being due. I tried calling them even sent emails to this day no one has ever rep**** to me or tried to contact me. I KEPT CALLING THEM BUT MY CALLS WERE REJECTED. I asked them in the second email WHY they deducted the debit order if I made the payment once off via eft cause I needed my money back, but since I got no response I had to reverse the incorrectly deducted debit order. They have since not tried to call or respond to my emails but today I get a sms informing me my ACCOUNT WAS HANDED OVER TO THEIR ATTORNEYS!!! I am very upset... I sent you my proof of payment I sent you emails I tried calling! But NO RESPONSE! So I need you to reverse that hand over CAUSE I WILL NOT HAVE IT ON MY ACCOUNT! I HAVE ALL MY EMAILS AND CALL LOG AND PROOF OF PAYMENT and I REFUSE TO SEND THAT PROOF AGAIN GO AND LOOK IT UP IN YOUR EMAILS.
