Worst service from Jabulile & the call center

I have been calling this company for 2 days wasting my airtime so I can get settlement on my account and they’ve never answered. I have made a payment last month and asked if they received a payment and they never responded. It seems like I’ve lost that money also and Jabulile being horrible at her work she ignored my emails when I asked about it.
